Anxiety and Stress

When in the state of fight or flight what energy is left for our work; our relationships; or if you are a student doing math, or you are trying to take an examination? In addition, what about public speaking?

Repeated personal failures in important settings can easily lead us to unconsciously decide to avoid and hide from situations that could make our lives more fruitful and gratifying.
